The below directions will help you have your iPhone speak the affirmations out loud. This is my preferred method as I do most of my online blogging on my IPhone.

Additionally, you can also use your Android, PC and Mac to speak a selected copy and pasted text.

Please refer to the documentation specific to your device for how to accomplish this.

  1. Copy the Affirmations to your clipboard.
  2. Open the “Notes” app on your iPhone.
  3. Create a new note and paste the affirmations.
  4. Select the text and double click “Select all” the text of the affirmations.
  5. Select “Speak Selection” in the same horizontal menu to have your phone read the affirmations out loud.

Remember to set reminders to listen to your affirmations in the morning, throughout the day, and before going to bed.
